Britney Spears has been spotted out and about in Los Angeles sporting a rather obvious trout pout, after reportedly having lip injections done in secret at a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon's last week. A source said: "Brit hoped her new lips would improve her look without being really obvious to anyone. But onlookers literally stood opened mouthed when they saw her. She looked freaky." The troubled singer's visitation rights to her two young sons had been suspended on Wednesday, but appeared to have been reinstated, as she was seen driving with Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, in the back seat of her Mercedes, with a presumed court-appointed monitor in the front.
